Features
DAIRY DEN machines deliver the highest overrun (aeration), has fastest recovery and most ice creams in succession in today's market.
Freezing Cylinder Capacity – 2 x 1.966 ltrs
Hopper Capacity- 2 x 12 ltr s
Our air mix pump delivers the precise amount of mix/air ratio to freezing cylinder for consistent overrun (aeration). Simple manual adjustment. Hopper refrigeration maintains mix below 50 C during auto and overnight modes.
Gearbox- 2x
Patented high torque gear box, 1.5 x maximum requirement ensures whisper quite operation.
Indicator lights
'Mix low' light alerts operator to add mix. Audible alarm buzzer standard
Inverter Controlled "World's First"
State of the art technology gives DAIRY DEN Machines unique flexibility. The Twin Twist has independent controls which enable to use different products (Example:- Yogurt on one side and Ice Cream on the other side). This enables to draw the consistent product from one side, whole day long, keeping the other side idle without affecting the product. The unique logics enables the product coming out nice after long tenures of not drawing the product. It runs on single phase and draws 25% less Amperes then other Machines. Unique “ Soft Start / Stop” and low revolutions in “Cleanout” mode features reduces long term wear and tear.
Power Use
DAIRY DEN Machines are single phase and as such, can be used in areas with power limitations. DAIRY DEN PS-2 Machines can be operated using battery packs. Optional Solar recharging of battery packs offered.
Digital Temperature Indicator /Thermostat
Manually adjustable to display and control hopper temperature and parameters.
Storage
Storage feature maintains correct product temperatures in hopper cylinder during none dispense mode
